H&S Gold And Diamond and B.M Gold Buyers purchase gold, diamonds, silver, luxury watches, coins, and estate jewelry from the public for cash. All evaluations are free and carry no obligation to sell. Offers are based on current market prices, item purity, weight, and condition, and are valid at the time they are made.

3. Eligibility & Identification

You must be at least 18 years old to sell items to us. Pennsylvania law requires all sellers to present a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of sale. You represent and warrant that you are the lawful owner of any items you offer for sale, or are legally authorized to sell them.

4. Quotes & Offers

Any estimates provided over the phone, by email, or through our website are preliminary and non-binding. Final offers are made only after in-person testing and evaluation of your items at one of our store locations. Precious metal prices fluctuate; an offer made on one day may not be available on another.

5. Transactions Are Final

Once you accept our offer and receive payment, the sale is final and ownership of the items transfers to us. Pennsylvania precious metals regulations may require us to hold purchased items for a mandated period and report transactions to local law enforcement.

6. Appointments

Booking an appointment through our website is free and does not obligate you to sell. Walk-ins are always welcome during business hours. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments when necessary and will make reasonable efforts to notify you.
